Thank you for shopping with Revive Tech. We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 3-day return policy. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned within 3 days of receiving the order.
  •  Returns for change of mind not eligible. 
  • The product must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
  • The product must be free from any physical damage or signs of wear and tear.

2. Non-returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned due to health or safety reasons or because they are classified as "non-returnable" by law. These include:

  • Opened and used products (headphones, earphones, etc.)
  • Software, batteries, or other items where the seal has been broken.
  • Items that are custom-made or personalized.

3. How to Return an Item

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  • Return Instructions: Once we receive your request, we will provide return instructions. The product must be returned in its original condition, with all components, packaging, and accessories.
  • Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive the product.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to process and reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item.

6. Defective or Damaged Products
